Basically there was an advertiser/merchant that got really sick of other so-called “advertising sites” that claimed to help a merchant but in reality made the merchant pay for a service given for free to the general public that did nothing more than cater to the general public and not the merchant that was paying them. How does this help you grow your small business? It doesn’t but it helps the company that small business is paying with growth.
